Your total cost is the product price, plus - only if you choose delivery - the zone fee. Some orders trigger an additional surcharge, calculated automatically and shown before you confirm.

Weight comes from the product listing each seller declares, summed automatically at checkout. You never have to estimate anything.
Every applicable surcharge is calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm your order - never a surprise on your receipt.
If you choose in-store pickup instead of delivery, no zone fee or surcharge ever applies.

A fixed, zone-based fee, shown before checkout - never algorithmic, never surge-priced. Compared to competitors, OCSAPP's delivery fee sits mid-pack on price, but stays among the most predictable.
OCSAPP brings together local Quebec shops across all categories - from fresh groceries to fashion, all delivered from your own neighbourhood.
Everything you need to know before placing your first order.
Yes, entirely free. Creating an OCSAPP buyer account costs nothing. You only pay for the products you buy, plus the delivery fee shown at checkout.
Yes. To create your own buyer account, you must be at least 18 years old, the age of majority in Québec. Teens aged 13 to 17 can shop only as members of a parent's or guardian's Home Profile. OCSAPP is not available to children under 13. If you believe a minor has created an account any other way, contact us at privacy@ocsapp.ca.
A Home Profile extends your account to your kids aged 13 to 17. You invite them from the Home Profile section of your account, and their orders are paid with your saved card. You get an email for every order and can track its delivery, and products for ages 18+ are blocked on their account. You can remove a member at any time.
OCSAPP currently delivers in the West Island. Laval and downtown Montreal are published and will activate as we expand. Available delivery zones show automatically when you enter your address.
Open the order in your account: its page shows each step as it happens, from the shop to your door, on your phone or computer.
Yes. At checkout, you choose a preferred delivery date, from the next day onward, and one of four time slots between 9 AM and 9 PM, subject to availability. Same-day delivery is not offered yet.
Yes, free of charge, as long as it's in "Awaiting Payment" or "Order Placed" status. Once the shop has accepted your order ("Processing"), cancelling needs its agreement: ask from the order page and we will ask the shop; if it agrees, the order is cancelled and refunded in full. Once your order is marked "Ready for Pickup" or "Out for Delivery," cancellation may no longer be possible - contact support immediately and we'll do our best to help.
Tell us as soon as you notice it: write to support@ocsapp.ca and include your order number. A missing or incorrect item in an order you received is covered by our Returns & Refund Policy: you have 14 days from delivery to ask for a replacement or a refund. Reporting it within 48 hours helps us check the pickup and delivery photos and resolve it faster. If your whole order did not arrive, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
OCSAPP currently accepts PayPal. More payment methods will be added, and the ones available are always shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by the payment processor, and OCSAPP never stores your payment details.
Returns are covered by OCSAPP's Returns & Refund Policy. If your claim is eligible, OCSAPP uses photo evidence - captured both when the seller prepares your order and at delivery - to automatically determine whether an issue occurred before pickup or in transit, and resolves it accordingly (replacement, credit, or refund). You can submit a claim directly from your account or by contacting support.
From October 5, 2026, Québec's Consumer Protection Act gives certain new goods designated by regulation (for example, some household appliances and electronic devices) a legal warranty of good working order: the item must work normally for a minimum period set by regulation. This warranty is in addition to the legal warranties of quality and durability that already apply to every purchase, and it cannot be waived. If a covered product you bought on OCSAPP stops working during that period, contact support and we will coordinate the repair or remedy with the seller under our Returns & Refund Policy.
Yes. Every seller provides its Quebec enterprise number (NEQ), and our team reviews each application before a shop can sell. Sellers also agree to hold the permits their category requires (for example a MAPAQ permit for food businesses) and to carry liability insurance.
No. The oversize order surcharge, additional-stop fee, and long-distance surcharge are added only to the delivery fee - never to the product price itself, which always stays the seller's exact listed price.
