OCSAPP's founding programs connect buyers, sellers, suppliers, businesses and drivers to the same local commerce infrastructure, with a limited founding cohort for each participating role.
During the Founding Quarter, every role has a limited number of spots. Once the Founding Quarter ends, the programs close to new accounts for good. See who has already joined and how many spots are left.
Each program keeps its own eligibility trigger and benefits while connecting to the Central built for that role. Founding status is automatic while the applicable cohort still has space.

Your founding spot is reserved as soon as your account is created, while spots remain, for accounts created on or before December 31, 2026. It is confirmed at the step that applies to your program: your first paid delivery order (buyers), the approval of your application (drivers), of your shop (sellers) or of your account (businesses), or the activation of your account (suppliers). Buyers have 60 days to confirm their spot, counted from the day card payments open or from the day the spot is reserved, whichever is later; otherwise it goes to the next buyer account in line. Drivers, sellers, suppliers and businesses have 30 days after their spot is reserved to complete their application; after that the spot is released, and they can get one again by completing the application on or before December 31, 2026, if one is still available. A reserved spot carries no benefit until it is confirmed.

Account & security
Use official OCSAPP onboarding and sign-in pages when submitting account or business information. Never place passwords or payment-card details in free-text onboarding fields.
